The Production System Of The Holy Quran
Which is responsible for the implementation of the holy Quran of the house of the Quran of Africa and contains three main sections represent the technical depth of the printing operations of the holy Quran in the house and is supported by the latest mechanisms and devices which are capable of achieving this purpose through the following sections
1: Pre Print Section
it’s the section concerned with the initial design of the pages of the holy Quran , as well as the implementation of additions and amendments received from the scientific administration on the rules of the recitations and provisions . it’s consists of modern computers equipped with latest design software ,beside, the machine to produce printing pallet ((CTP)) specialized in extacting data from the computer directly without passing stage films stage and external editing .
2: Printing Section
This department is specialized in printing the Quranic designs from the pre- printed section according to the conditions and specifications contained in the contracts it’s divided in to operating orders . it’s equipped with the latest printing machines in different sizes as per international standers .
The department has also a number of various machines of Hidelberge,70x100cm , which allows printing on both sides of the paper in the same time , in addition to other machines that are run in the printing of the Quarter of Yassin and the last ten and koranic covers and other arms complimentary to the production of the Quran ,knowing that the production capacity of the printing presses reaches more than 6 million books a year with 16 hours of work per day .
3: Pending Section
This section contains an integrated binding line, which is the largest in production in Africa it’s able to absorb production capacity of the presses with high efficiency and is composed at the detailed level in the order of progress of the technical process of the collection machine ,which contains 20 stations be longing to the printed and special in the design and editing of the Quran , the number of 20 binding each containing 32 pages and the machine of the protective cover and the thermal machine , sewing machines for bindings machine for change and then the final assembly of the packing and the internal content of the Quran (compact) .
4:The Scientific System
Is one of the most important features that give the production of the Quran in the house of the of the Quran of Africa it’s difference from the Quranic product prevalent in the commercial presses
This is done through the work of the scientific system of specialized tasks in the protection of the Quranic text in its multiple recitations and readings along side other sciences through different stages related to the technical progress o the production of the Quran it begins with preparation of the recitation its realization modification review and then its approval and it ends by observing the quranic text during the prenting process and confirming its absence from the impurities that occur after the final leave .
The scientific system of the house of the Quran of the Africa has been able to achieve , in the past years ,many achievements related to the objectives of the house .
The most important of these were the preparation , investigation , licensing and printing the recitations of Hafs , Duri , wursh and Qaloun and printing of amma part in different African languages . The most important of these were the Suso, Singai ,Lokanda , Wolof , Mondenko , Housa , Falfaldi , Dinka , Nuer and Somali .
The scientific system of the house of the Quran of Africa is formed from Three Main Sections:
1: Quranic pre during Oparation section .
2: The Operational Control Section One the Quranic text .
3:The Research and Quran science section
Quality System for Quranic Printing
Of the facilities that have been secured to support the qualitative level of the production of the house of the holy Quran ,is the existence of a coherent system to a chive .quality and continuous improvement of the production processes and create appropriate working environment of the technical process through the role of pre-control , from the supply of raw materials to the product during operation ,and the validation of the product’s full circulation .All in accordance with of sets requirements and technical specifications related to the specificity of the circulation environment and the quality of the head for the production of the holy Quran .
The quality system in the house consists of the three sections that of the Quranic product the structural level as follows.
1: Pre Control Unit
It’s speciality is to adopt designs , confirm the correctness of print measurements ,editing ,page layout color distribution and color matching in the pre-print section.
2: Control Unit During Operation
This Unis is responsible for monitoring printing specifications and quality assurance and making sure that it’s free from defect and imperfection resulting from the printing opration and the environment surrounding the operation as well as to exclude the damage and reduseit’s overall percentage during operation
3: The final review and circulation license unit
Which is the final approval of the Quran technically through what’s known the final seal, which is the introduction of the holy Quran stores as a sigh of it’s aptitude to circulation and being free from defects .

This work is based on the efficiency and personal experience of the cadres working in this department, whom their number exceed 60 individuals in some productive seasons .
The above technical settings qualify the house of Quran of Africa to carry out all non-Quranic print operations as well as it’s specialization in the printing of the holy Quran .

As the technical facilities available in the house now the production plan has been designed , which in it’s turn subject to promotion in future .
This is according to advantages offered by the positive opportunities of operating specifications in the most important sections of the house which are printing and binding as follows:
A: Printing Machine ( Speed Master )
There are 3 of that in the house . The first was bought on the stablishment of the house ( model 2000) lately two more machines were added one of 2007 model and other of 2014.
The machine size is 70×100 working on a sheet system . all of them are equipped with four color units which allow saving time as they print the two faces of the paper when it passed the printing cylinder .
It should be notes that the production capacity of one machine – according to operating conditions of the Sudanese industrial environment
Is approximately 9000 9000 prints per hour
B: Binding Section Machines
It’s on integrated production line in which the industry of the holy Quran goes down after printing .Thus , according to the specifications recorded on the contract of agreement and the order of operation and consists of:
1: Application machines (HIDELBERGE ) – of them operate with bel + pull system
2: Collection machine (KOLBUS )- 1 machine of capacity 20 for the binding .
3: Cover making machine – 1 machine : production capacity 1000 cover per hour .
4: The HOT STAMPING MACHINE 1 machine of 800 prints capacity per hour .
5: MULLERMARTINI : 3 machines of production capacity 3000 Quran prints per hour
6: RIECHOU 1 machines , production capacity is 15000 prints per hour
7: Machine of integrating the book with the cover (COMPACKT ) 1 MACHINE , production capacity is 1500 prints in hours .

5: Commercial section
The commercial section works for bringing commercial works in Sudanese printing market, it is by authority contains sales and marketing section and technical section dedicated to designing and printing montage. This unit carries out its printing works inside techno-mechanical system related to the house in machines dedicated to commercial activities such as books, Journals, periodicals, posters, note books and various types of cards. All incomes of commercial section included in general financial system of the house as a financial supporter for technical and administrative expenditures.
